OUR FOUNDERS

Lady Lumberjack, LLC ("LLJ") co-founder and CEO Rachel Ray is also the founder and CEO of A+R Investment Holdings, LLC ("A+R") a firm she formed with the sole mission of creating and capturing opportunities in the small business marketplace through acquisitions, new development or joint ventures, with an emphasis to Northern Michigan.  She brings over 20 years of research, marketing, strategic and financial planning experience to the enterprise.  In addition to her role as CEO of A+R, Ms. Ray also currently provides data analysis and marketing support to Utility Reduction Analysts. 

Lady Lumberjack, LLC ("LLJ") co-founder and CEO Sharon Gordon is a serial entrepreneur and founder of SLG Investment Holdings, LLC ("SLG") its affiliates and joint ventures such as LLJ.  Ms. Gordon, created SLG to make opportunistic business and real estate investments throughout the nation.  Recognizing the tremendous opportunity for economic growth and expansion of a diverse portfolio of companies and properties, Ms. Gordon began to seek out current cash-flowing small business operations along with select turn-around opportunities. At any time, she and SLG have numerous companies and other properties in active due diligence.  In addition to her role as CEO of SLG, Ms. Gordon is also the Vice President of FlackTek, Inc. overseeing all corporate operations, global distribution and business development for the firm.
